Jake and Brad built our ADU here in SLO 2 years ago did a fantastic job. The project was delivered on time and budget. The quality of their work was excellent and communication with both of them was great. We recently had a smaller project modifying existing roof framing that required coordination with our engineer. Watching Brad and Jake go over the plan on site with the engineer and make some suggestions showed how experienced and knowledgable they are as builders. We used Jake and 5 Cities Builders for a kitchen remodel and bathroom project. We are so pleased with the final projects. The attention to small details and communication were excellent. We will definitely use them for our next project.
Jake and the team have been our go-to contractor since we moved to South County. They've done great work and are super friendly and professional. Over the years they've replaced a window with a slider door and built new stairs for our deck. Most recently they installed bathroom fans in both of our bathrooms and cut out a new crawl space opening in the ceiling for easier access for us. Looking forward to working with them again too, since we have a big list of projects we'll be hoping to hire them for!
One of the best on the central coast! They go above and beyond, can't recommend 5 Cities Builders enough.
