Excellent experience! The crew was professional, respectful, and kept my home clean every single day. I work from home and had zero issues sharing my space with them. Jake & Brad listened to our vision, worked within our budget, and helped us update our bathroom and kitchen. Project was completed on time, and their follow-up communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

We had a leaking deck above the front third of our garage. Turns out the deck was made poorly and without adequate drainage. The entire thing had to be torn down to joists and redone. Part of the garage had to be ripped down to studs as well. I have heard all kinds of horror stories with contractors and home renovation projects. I had 4 contractors come to look at the issue. Jake and Brad built our ADU here in SLO 2 years ago did a fantastic job. The project was delivered on time and budget. The quality of their work was excellent and communication with both of them was great. We recently had a smaller project modifying existing roof framing that required coordination with our engineer. Watching Brad and Jake go over the plan on site with the engineer and make some suggestions showed how experienced and knowledgable they are as builders. We used Jake and 5 Cities Builders for a kitchen remodel and bathroom project. We are so pleased with the final projects. The attention to small details and communication were excellent. We will definitely use them for our next project.
