I understand healthcare settings can be very busy, but the coordination between staff at this location seems to cause frequent delays and confusion. Appointment times often don’t feel well managed, and communication at the front desk could be improved.
Getting better. The office smelt like a pungent dirty diaper. Appointment was kept and had a doctor on site who could see me 30 mins sooner.
Andrian Haong is my PA, she’s been fantastic. Every time I went to see her or talked to her she was great! But, the front office staff on a visit or on the phone have been very unpleasant. They pretended to be professional but they showed rudeness and uncaring behaviors almost every encounters I had with them. Their customer service is very poor and made me feel mistreated. I am considering changing to a different provider since I do not want to get upset every time I encounter with the front staff.
