Bad service. They don’t care for your health or have a sense of urgency to get you to the proper specialist. Eduardo fails to connect you to the coordinator and I never get a call back. Stay far away from this place
If I could give 0 stars, I would definitely do so. I came for them to sign a simple health screening report for work that literally takes 5 minutes to do since I already did a physical, and they just had to write based off that. It’s been 4 days, no call back on updates. I call them on the daily towards the end of the day and still the doctor did not sign the paper. I will not be coming back here.
I am so grateful my MediCal sent me here! Dr Carolyn Ortiz helped me immensely! Thank you so much!!! And all the office girls I met were so friendly and helpful! They even send transportation for you to get to your appointment.
