I love Central City Community, I've been with them for 11 years. I loved 20 miles away but I still stay with them because of their amazing service. The doctors here are all very nice and caring. The staffs are amazing as well, they are attentive and assist you with appointments and labs.
no vayan a este lugar no los atienden bien y no tienen citas. canbiense con los chinitos en Rosemead y Monterey park ellos si les ayudan. aqui solo le sacan dinero a la aseguranza les llamas y nunca contestan y cuando porfin contestan te quieren dar cita en varios meses. si quieren que atiendan a sus hijos rapido si estan enfermos diganles como yo que los van arreportar con la aseguranza y en unas horas les van a llamar a que siempre si tienen cita. NUNCA MAS VUELVO A ESTE LUGAR
First interaction I had was a receptionist named Justice giving me attitude after asking if I could make an appointment. I have tried to follow up as they told me my account was not set up. I have called 3 times and left voicemails to make a new patient appointment. No call back.
This clinic has not done a proper care for my mother when it came to her X-ray examination. Was referred to a specialist to get the X-ray done and the results were lost not once but three times. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to this clinic.
Regardless of your history with this place or places like it. it’s absolutely amazing how shallow and void of passion clinics are becoming. This one is no exception. Gossiping nurses or CNA whatever self righteous title they give themselves pretending to care. You’d think it was a bar with how you get treated here (more tips more attention) And whenever they refer you to another “specialist” they’re just as inadequate as the next place. Losing results and miscommunication runs rampant.
