Basically impossible to schedule an appointment when they don’t even bother to pick up the phone or respond to voicemails, you get put on hold for 10 minutes then get told to leave a message which will be ignored. It feels like nobody even works here sometimes.
I was 2 minutes late. 2 minutes. They rarely answer the phone. It goes to voice-mail. Leaving a message does not help. They don't even call you back. My last appointment, the OBGYN, was rude af. Is it a coincidence? They turned me away after 2 mins. And if you want to know why. ..my baby was falling asleep. But I guess they don't understand that single parent life is a struggle. I'm glad some of you guys can give them a 5 star.
