Made an appointment for 1230 get there for them to say I’m not even in the system and that their closed till 1 but hrs say open at 8am then thy proceeded to tell me they can’t fit me in RUDE FRONT DESK GIRLS LOOK LIKE THEY DONT ENJOY THEIR JOBS AT ALL.
They left me in a room waiting for my glucose result and forgot about me and then came in like 20 minutes later and handed me an appointment and then left again to go ask about it. I heard them saying that they had it written on a paper somewhere. So unprofessional. Everything should have been entered online. I had to go my partner was late and I wasn't going to wait for 20 more minutes of nothing. No answers.
Doctor Diana is very nice and professional. Receptionist needs a costumer service tranning.
