I've been calling for 3 days multiple times a day nobody is answering the phone I wait 15 minutes each time. I don't know how I'm supposed to make an appointment if they don't answer the phone extremely frustrating
I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my upcoming appointment through the phone system, and it’s been extremely frustrating. I’ve been put on hold with no one picking up, and the automated system keeps hanging up, saying there’s an issue. Meanwhile, the clinic policy threatens your ability to return if you miss an appointment. I’ve done everything I can to cancel responsibly, and the system is blocking me — that’s unacceptable.
