We called to ask about a certain vehicle that we had seen on the lot. We decided to casually go up there and look at it. We were also in the market for a vehicle for my granddaughter as she had just wrecked hers. She had her heart set on the same kind of vehicle she had previously owned. The collision center has dropped all quality control. My front bumper needed to be repainted, so they painted half of it. The part they “painted” still has chips in it. The other half was not touched, and Josh admitted it. $1400 down the drain. I’ve done better work with a Sharpie, and I’m not exaggerating in the slightest. If you go, avoid Josh.
Very efficient courteous great effort to meet my wants
I arrived about 10 minutes early, Hopeing I could het done in time for another appointment. I had to reschedule my other appointment. I sat there for an hour and my truck was finished but didn’t know it. When I went to them to check on it, it was sitting there, finished, but no one went through the paperwork; When I found it and mentioned I was tnere to pick up my keys, they started the paper work and I got a notice it was complete. They should have completed the paperwork so people can go aboit tbeir day.
