Our service writer seemed way over her head. One of the most important reasons I brought the car in was at highway speed in a tight curve the front end felt like it was letting go of the road and she didn’t list it as a problem on the invoice ticket. Front end letting go is a high safety concern obviously. I’m not impressed with your service dept . Probably won’t bring my car there again.
