As someone who applied to work at CWCC multiple times before finally being hired, I was initially excited to start and eager to learn. I refuse to accept being treated poorly in a work environment without proper training while being denied my first amendment right "Freedom of Religion" was humiliating to be asked to undergo a UA on the third day of employment after oral surgery. I won't tolerate an abusive work environment where fellow staff are backed by supervisors and HR, and don't adhere to their own code of ethics. I demand to be held accountable for their jobs. To Management; I worked at Central Wyoming Counseling Center years ago. It was a good place to work, things ran smoothly, and nobody had rumors flying around and everybody worked together as a team and did their work with no complaints. We did not work by ourselves we always had two to three people on the units at every shift. Now I’m reading and hearing things have took a turn for the worst. I work at cwcc for 14 years only to work alone 95% of the time. Recently I was accused of horrible things as in non compliant with my job duties, things being brought up th as t happen months ago but put in a write up anyway. Sad part is , it doesn't matter if you try to defend yourself, you're a lier anyway.
