Worked for these guys for 19-1/2 years, they decided to let me go after some young guy picked up my radio when I went to go use the bathroom & he lost a crane load 9 stories up due to inexperience. They blamed the accident on me stating that it was my fault somehow when in fact it was not my fault but I became the fall guy nonetheless…
