I was overcharged upon move out. We moved out July 12, 2014. The manager Darlene charged my credit card another payment for August. We have been fighting for the refund since. She does not return phone calls and is unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars but the website will not allow it.
i leave numerous phone messages, but they don't call back. i go to the store, and ask a question. they say, give us your phone number, and we'll get back to you. never call. terrible service
