Brought my dog in at 4:00 PM with symptoms of a bowel obstruction. The doctor told me she was 95% sure that immediate surgery was the best option. I agreed to the surgery with that doctor, signed the papers and waited. That was at 5:00 PM. I went back up at 8 to check on her status and she still had not been to surgery. I called again at 11.
