I found Terry to be condescending and rude. He was unhelpful and made me feel like I was a nuisance in the store and asking for help. Do not recommend.
Higly recomend Central Carpet Court for carpet installation. Installers have done fantastic job, very professional and polite. Carpet feel great.
Vipul went to the trouble of special ordering me in carpet that had been discontinued by the manufacturer when the other carpet retailers I had contacted couldn't be bothered. And his price still came in cheaper than theirs.
