Excellent experience for a difficult procedure. The entire staff has a human view of patient care. During times of discomfort the aide rested her hand on my shoulder. It was a small signal that the team was there with me and understood the pain I was going through. I hope I never have to go again but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.
Excellent oral care. Never feel rushed. Appointments start on time. Wonderful oral surgeon and supporting staff. My oldest child had his wisdom teeth removed here and had an excellent outcome. Youngest child is being followed periodically to ensure his wisdom teeth are removed at the optimal time.
As both a physician and a patient's parent, I rarely find practices that excel on both dimensions. Dr. Fritz and the team at Central Carolina Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery did exactly that. Dr. Fritz and his team are AMAZING!! This was the best wisdom teeth surgery I could have ever asked for.
