Despite a rocky experience with one technician on 1.17.21- The office manager, Mike and Tom were responsive, dedicated, and professional the very same day and even the next! Their colleagues mistake was immediately accounted for and these three worked as a team to ensure the hot water heater was working properly and excellent customer service was received!
