Dr. Gary Y. Liao was the fourth orthopedist or podiatrist I had seen over the course of two years. When walking up and down steps, a normal walk was excruciating. I had to hold on to the handrail and step slowly. Even then, the shooting pain could be excruciating. It got worse. I could not walk on even a small incline and eventually could not walk around the block at all. I came here for a routine foot care appointment after years of neglecting and being embarrassed by my feet. What I really loved about my experience was the time that the clinician and the doctor took to address my concerns and educate me about how to care for my feet outside of their office. The office really goes above and beyond with their safety protocols not only in regards to covid-19 but also with the care they provide. The clinician opened up a new packet for anything that touched my feet.
