Not Happy – I went to Central Carolina Foot & Ankle. I had a in-grown toenail. I have a cleaning service so I am on my feet all day. I needed a Foot Doctor. Dr. Brian Futrell worked on my toe. Everything seem to be working good. Dr. Futrell said it would run a little for two or so weeks. It has been 30 days and it's getting worse. I called Central Carolina Foot & Ankle. AVOID this practice – We stuck with this office because of the docs. Once the good ones left (our doctors), the office people would not let us know where our doctor went. Also, beware if you are a little late with a small payment. We were late with a payment (under $50). Despite the fact that we'd done all of our foot care there and spent thousands of dollars (orthotics and minor foot surgeries) over a matter of years, the office staff was just plain rude and unprofessional about it.
