Old heat pump was on its way out after 15 years and was time to replace it. Had my twice a year service on the old pump and the cost of repairs wasnt worth it. Had a represenative come out and discussed new unit costs etc. Went with a Moove inverter unit and it is smooth as silk! As far as CCAC is concerned, I have been very impressed with their service in the HVAC department. YET, when they come out to do your electrical inspections it's a NIGHTMARE. Twice now, they have tried to talk me into over $30,000 of updates. After getting a second and third option, I see that they are 3 times as expensive as other electricians in town. I will use them for HVAC, but not plumbing or electrical.
Great job ! I was so pleased with the hard work and effort Gregg put into the job. I had to have a new vent/heater/light put into my bathroom. Despite the obstacles from being an old bathroom, Gregg took his time and made sure everything was working perfectly. Definitely recommend Central Carolina A/C.
We had 2 HVAC units replaced by Central Carolina. Vinny was very professional, honest and up front. The install process went smoothly and quickly. We are very pleased with the work and highly recommend this company!
Central Carolina replaced a thermostat in my hallway that had malfunctioned. The entire process was less than an hour, and the cost was $700. This is even with a service contract. Moreover, a review of regional costs for the same service averaged from $150-$350.00. We have called and requested for a conversation with a supervisor, to no avail. The service person was kind, but the price charged is not justified.
