I had the therapy with Aleyda in spring of 2024; I attached a screenshot of my claim as proof. I was falling apart from accumulated trauma and stress. I had never been to real therapy and finally opened myself up to it. My experience at Central Care has been absolutely amazing. The owner Aleyda Sanchez has put an amazing team together. I look forward to coming every week. My therapist Heather is very helpful- I totally recommend.
