WARNING: HOLD ON TO YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS – Hold on to your personal items. These people stole our new smartphone while cleaning the car. Even though they had security footage of people when they were in the car (which we watched with the manager) they would not pursue retrieving the phone from their employees. Not exactly a "drug-free" workplace. We should have called the police. Will never NEVER support a business that will not stand up for its customers.
Great establishment! – I really lke this carwash a lot. I found it in my Happenings/Entertainment book a few years back and have been going monthly ever since. This is a top-tier cleaning with a low price tag. I think it's up-to-par with the $50 wash I received in fancy North Oaks. Cons, well I like this but some might not prefer the non-gentrified neighborhood with all walks of life. Don't judge, the employees can look intimidating but they are all super friendly.
