RecommendedI’ve been taking vehicles to Central Car Care since 1993. I appreciate them with each visit! They are honest and have fair pricing,communicate clearly and solve every issue I’ve ever had quickly. As a single lady I feel so at home there and know I will not be taken advantage of! I love having a service oriented and highly experienced group such as this as my go to place for all car issues. I feel they really want to help me with all issues w my vehicle that I bring them, and they do!
Needs oil drain plug, they recommended TB Cleaning and Injector Cleaning and an air filter for $350 said no thanks and then surprise here's the $70 diag fee we didn't tell you about but don't worry its normally $150. They see a young girl and think sucker! All this could have been avoided with an upfront approach instead of the sleazy way they went about it and the end when asked "what happens if she couldn't pay?" and he responds "we just would have given it to her" guess Im the dummy for leaving working and paying her bill... read more
