Drove there to pick up parts for my mechanic. Good service, late hours. Pretty safe location
Totally incompetent, I don't recommend it to anyone. This is the second dealer who can't solve my problem with the air conditioner.
*Bad Experience* Purchased parts on 07/18/25, associate took so long to find them. Now, when i return back to them for return they're saying parts don't match with receipt. Terrible customer service and inventory issues. *1/5 stars*
Outstanding service! Cristi went above and beyond to ensure my truck was repaired quickly and correctly. Their professionalism, clear communication, and friendly attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. I'll definitely be coming back for future repairs
My RV was held hostage for a week due to this shop's very poor communication. My vacation came to an abrupt stop during the first leg of our trip as my RV was leaking coolant. Went to the Delta Truck Center for a diagnosis around 9 am. Upon check in Luis was very helpful taking our information and listening to our concerns, understanding that we were travelling in the RV and would be waiting while the repairs were done, Luis said that he would be contacting us once the diagnosis was complete.
