I have not received a call back after having left two messages myself and having my doctor, who personally knows Dr. Shapansky, contact him directly via call, email and TEXT. I have heard reputable things about this center and Dr. Shapansky but his and his offices lack of professionalism has definitely left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t go here if it were my last and only option at this point!!!!

No more Cpap machine!
I had to pay out of pocket for the "at home" study, when specifically asked if insurance covered the process, (I was told, "yes, your insurance coveres it") The main reason I went there. Also found out that my insurance only covers 60% of the oral appliance and I would need to cover approximately $2200 for the other 40%. They also only do the cpap machine in conjunction with their oral appliance. So if you want to do the cheaper option, (cpap) you need to go back to your family doctor for that recommendation.
