My dad went in to get a tooth extracted and the whole staff made the experience so comfortable and easy. He was treated with care & was extremely happy with the excellent service he received. If he could give 20 stars he would. So grateful for this office, highly recommend!!
I don’t know what’s going on but customer service at this Oral @Maxillofacial surgery is awful. I have been waiting for an extraction for more then 2months it does not make any sense. For the slowness of scheduling when it’s so important to patients to get excellent service.Dr Robert Julian is excellent but once you get the consult then the waiting games begin.I hope sometime in the near future I will get the extraction that I so badly need.
I got my two bottom wisdom teeth removed with Dr.Fimbres and his team. Dr.Fimbres was super sweet, and there was one nurse that help me the most name Amber. I was so scared but Amber walk me through everything and held my hand during the procedure. Great team and staff! Would definitely recommend this place to my colleagues.
The doctor is fantastic. He was able to take out my wisdom teeth and now he’s helping me put in a permanent tooth which I’m very excited for. He’s super knowledgeable and very kind. Definitely recommend.
