I CALLED A WEEK IN ADVANCE! to schedule a ride to my surgery in Sacramento from merced, got text saying be ready at the time specified, and wait outside for pick up 15 minutes before, or after IN THE COLD MISTY WEATHER, then I get a text saying no available drivers, 1/2 hour after the pick up time, now I have to reschedule my time sensitive surgery, Alliance Transportation is a horrible service relying on Uber, lyft services.
