Purchased an Escalade this week and pre sale they were great and made the transaction smooth and quick since I was coming from 90 miles away. Angelo the sales rep responded quickly before the sale but as soon as I got home I noticed a piece of chrome was missing from the passenger door handle. I reached out to Angelo twice and took two days to get the response and was told they could order it for me for $64 I questioned why I should have to pay for it but no response as of yet.
