We recently leased a new car from Central and the experience could not have been better! I had been dreading the thought of car shopping, not to mention car shopping whilst undergoing a pandemic but Tom Harter made the entire experience swift and easy!! Tom spent the time going over several vehicle options, prices, etc. We chose a vehicle that was not yet on their lot. I purchased my leased vehicle yesterday. Evan in finance was quite rude and had no interest in helping me complete the process. Central Cadillac has lost its customer service appeal. The entire experience left me feeling disappointed.
I had the honor of working with Eric the Gm in the past. He taught me a lot of great things about the car industry and the biggest thing was always putting the client’s needs first. A lot of my friends have purchased cars from this dealership and said it was an amazing experience from A-Z. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the best experience and best vehicle.
