I had been dreading the thought of car shopping, not to mention car shopping whilst undergoing a pandemic but Tom Harter made the entire experience swift and easy!! Tom spent the time going over several vehicle options, prices, etc. We chose a vehicle that was not yet on their lot. I purchased my leased vehicle yesterday. Evan in finance was quite rude and had no interest in helping me complete the process. Central Cadillac has lost its customer service appeal. The entire experience left me feeling disappointed.
