Had an obscure, impossible to find adapter for a Japanese bidet install. Provided everything. Incredibly knowledgeable and well priced.
Not super helpful and argumentative. I tried to go here for a replacement part and the person I talked to seemed to just make everything more complicated and seems to be in a bad mood. I think if you know exactly the part number you need, they’re probably fine. But if you go in asking for a part that fits into another part you have, you’re wasting your time with this place.
Would not recommend. They sold me a faulty replacement part. When I wanted to return it since the part broke during installation they laughed and said that this has never happened, even though the internet shows it as a common problem.
tl;dr: Well-stocked plumbing supply shop with a strong commercial focus, but still very welcoming to casual shoppers; standout staff make it especially beginner-friendly. This store is a bit of a hidden gem if you're working on anything plumbing-related, whether it's a full commercial project or just a home repair you’re figuring out as you go.
