We ordered two new entry doors for our house, and one of them came with no glass in it. We are on week 6 of waiting for a new door to be delivered and installed. With temperatures now being in the 30's for a high, having a door with no glass will make it very difficult keeping out the cold air. When I contact the company to ask for updates, they are very vague and they do not return phone calls as requested.
