I drove to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a new truck. The sales person JT was very kind and professional. However his sales manager during negotiation made me feel very discriminated when he said that I needed to go look for a lower trim truck not knowing what I can or can’t afford it. I am searching for a new Denali somewhere else now. Took a couple of days but I just purchased a brand new Denali at a GMC dealer in Westborough and they treated me really fair and professionally.
JT is great to work with. He is very responsive and understands how to meet a clients needs in regards to finding the vehicle that works best. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from him and the Central team.
