i walked in last Saturday by 3 pm asking for a specific vehicle the old gentleman on the front desk has no idea what i am looking for he called someone else "ohhh we don't have Yukon" that's ittt instead of trying to help me order it etc....the Atmosphere doesn't makes you feel that you are at one GM DEALERS at all so sad ..... i went for another close dealer bigggggggg difference since the moment i stepped in Done DEAL
