Excellent service, oil change and tire rotation in 40 minutes
Poor customer service every salesman seems to be an arrogant prick waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone even bother to ask me if I need help l and they me trying to buy my car and now that I am here they're asking me for a trade in and act like I am bothering them after they called me and asked me to bring my car in to sell I would never buy neither but I even allow them to service my vehicle which they have in the past and they screwed it up
Service Department went above and beyond for me today. Each of them were patient and took steps above great service! Very fair and reasonable rates too. This dealership gets an A+ from me!

Poor customer service for being a GMC dealership! I drove 30 minutes of a 1.5 hour drive for them to tell me the vehicle was sold. I called them before I left and they said it was available, I even called when I left my home that I was headed up to them and they still sold it. They are running it as first come first serve. Not professional at all!!!
