0 stars if possible. I would suggest that any patient using Dr. Smith as pcp transfer to a new pcp asap. After a negligent misdiagnosed condition of an immediate family member leading to terminal condition and untimely death within the past 8 months, and immediately after that death finding out about 2 other close family friends also with negligent misdiagnosis leading to complications and potentially terminal situations, we have filed a complaint with the department of state. The only reason I'm not giving this place a 1 star is because of the PA there who's always been friendly, Colleen. Definitely will be looking for a new Family Practice.
I went to this office for over 10 years and switched to a place closer to home when I moved. When I moved back I tried to come back and the office manager was incredibly rude, held a grudge for my leaving, and refused to let me return to the practice. It just seems like a very petty way to run a business, especially in the field of health care.
If I could give less stars I would. Every time I call they are rude and unprofessional. Their protocol is absolutely insane and unfair, they don’t care about their patients at all. Please do not waste your time here and go somewhere else.
I love that this practice is part of the Doylestown healthcare system . All of my doctor's can communicate quicky because of this . There is allways someone their to help you no matter the question . The Physicians Assistant I see Colleen Murphy is knowledgeable, friendly, and generous with her time . I always feel well taken care of at there Jamison office .
