My husband has been up to this practice for for excruciating pain,and hard bloating on his stomach area ,they have done all kinds of blood and other tests and all they say is all looks fine … Well ITS NOT FINE !!!! Something is wrong 😑 it still keeps happening…. I don’t believe that the PA’s have a clue to what’s happening … And it’s extremely difficult to see a DOCTOR.. I do know that Dr Schmelkin is amazing but very hard get in to see him 😔….We need to get to the root of this cause…..
Waited 2 months just to see the PA, then the PA was sick and they canceled on me 25 minutes before my appointment. They said they would call back to reschedule and they did not. I called the next week and explained the situation and the earliest they could get me in was 3 months from now. Horrible. Over 5 months wait in all.

I feel bad giving two stars because everyone besides the women I spoke to for scheduling an appointment was absolutely amazing and this rude woman was clearly having a bad day or something but still, I’m pretty sure being rude to patients isn’t part of your job.
