I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I showed a reference photo of pink chrome nails before starting, and the technician said she could do it. However, after finishing, the result looked nothing like the photo I showed. When I pointed it out, they then told me that the color I wanted was not even available. The first time I went there, I had a more senior lady and she was lovely and professional. I had a beautiful manicure with natural polish. But the second time I went she was not there and I had younger woman who constantly chatted over me and the other client to her colleague. Not even stopping to answer my questions. She was rough, abrupt and I felt very uneasy. I'll never go back there. The manicure was also no where near as good as the previous one.
This one stop shop has it all , great customer service , beautiful nail techs , lashes , waxing and even a good laugh . I’ve been coming for a year now and love it every time

Great, friendly, prompt service. Nail technician was gentle and took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. Will definitely go back.
