I've been a customer at this bank for over 40 years. The quality of their debit cards is poor. Flimsy plastic, and the chips on their cards are always getting damaged and refuse to work anymore. I've had three go bad over the last three years. In the past I could simply ask for a new debit card and they would send one to me at no charge -- of course. Now I'm being told that I must pay the ridiculous fee of $15 to get a new card sent to me. So apparently it's my fault that their flimsy debit cards go bad so frequently. And it... read more

The Oregon branch is phenomenal! All of the employees are friendly and helpful!
