I have been banking with them since 2013 and could not be happier with the level of service. The hours can be inconvenient at times but with online account access it rarely is an issue. They have definitely gone the extra mile to meet my families banking needs.
I've got to disagree with the previous reviewer. They know you by name even when you don't go in often and they've always been very helpful. My only complaint would be would the hours because it makes it so hard to find time to actually go in.
Wow, the customer service for this place is absolute garbage!!! I swear these people behave like robots, I can't even imagine how terrible the work culture is.
