Ive never had a good experience with this bank from the tellers to the bankers to the loan officers no one seems to be able to do the job and answer any simple questions about your anything 0/10 would never recommend this bank to anyone for anything
Can't seem to process received ACH transfers until minutes before closing. Can't increase my debit card spending limit unless it's between 10 am and 4 pm. They seem to be really great at not making my money available to me.
Savannah was the MOST helpful and the sweetest banker I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She was personable and knowledgeable and made our experience a very pleasant one! We’ve had some negative experiences lately but she definitely made up for that!
Stood there for 8 minutes was not even acknowledged so I left. Good luck getting anything done there.
