Lacey was incredibly kind and helpful when it came to opening a checking account!
Honestly this is the worst bank in the world. Our cards are constantly declined for "fraud protection" just making purchases online from the same retailer that we've purchased from before. Every time we wait on hold for an hour to get the card unblocked. We're fed up with it and signing up with Amex today.
Stanley makes this place a 5 star experience. Great experience every time
What an awesome experience !!! I met with Jo Haas and she was very nice...exemplified the epitome of customer service. She walked me through the process of changing my account so I wouldn't be charged any unnecessary fees. She was personable, to the point, and even offered to help me with any future add-ons or subtractions to my account. Not sure how much longer she'll be working at this location so go see her before she's gone.
