Cental Bank, Wornall Road Branch in Kansas City, MO 64114 is an awesome branch bank! My family has done all their banking at Central Bank, formerly Metcalf Bank since 2000. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Customer service at the Wornall Branch is exceptional. Erica recently handled a matter expertly for my family. She researched to the minutest detail. Another employee even helped provide needed information. I highly recommend this bank and the Wornall Branch.

Potentially, one of the most stressful life events is getting a mortgage.
