Was told it would take 20 minutes. Been here an hour and a half so far (still haven’t seen a NP). Unapologetic staff. We will not be back.
I went in to get a DOT physical after 3 weeks I still do not have my card nightmare they put you on hold for 45 minutes never come back then when you call back you can hear them in the background saying put her on hold and then when you call back you find out they've left you on hold and they've gone for the day. the only thing I can say is beware do not go there I would give them a zero as far as a rating. then I went to Alamo Chiropractic in Loxley and got it the same day within an hour
Was in and out in about an hour. I was pleased with the staff and I was only tested for my symptoms which was what I wanted.
i brought my child in sick and needed to be seen and the lady looked at me with disgust and told me we dont take that kind of insurance here take her to her doctor... well its a holiday they are closed so what go spend 3-5 hours in the E.R.? its not emergent ... its urgent.. isent it yalls job to treat urgent patients. the receptionist was so rude.. i get it everyone is getting slammed with the sick, but if you hate your job that bad go find something else to do...
The staff was very patient with my son who had to have stitches. Thank you!
We went there few times already and so far it's been a great experience.
