My truck broke down in Virginia and the local ram dealership couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Jack has been working with these cars for decades and he diagnosed the issue over the phone. I shipped the truck up and was able to get the truck repaired in days. He even changed the oil and got Stellantis to cover the part. I’m so grateful for Jack and the team at the truck center. I travel a lot. If I ever break down again I don’t care where I am, I’ll have the truck shipped to the truck center in Yonkers
DISGRACEFUL and PATHETIC SERVICE. I brought my Ram ProMaster to the Yonkers Ram Chrysler Dodge service center on Sawmill River Road for a recall fix. While there, I agreed to an unnecessary oil change — which turned out to be a huge mistake. When I got my van back, I noticed my small refrigerator (which was between the seats) had been removed, shoved back in upside down, and damaged. Worse, the oil cap wasn’t tightened properly, causing all the oil to leak out while I was on the highway with no safe place to pull over. By th... read more
