DISGRACEFUL and PATHETIC SERVICE. I brought my Ram ProMaster to the Yonkers Ram Chrysler Dodge service center on Sawmill River Road for a recall fix. While there, I agreed to an unnecessary oil change — which turned out to be a huge mistake. When I got my van back, I noticed my small refrigerator (which was between the seats) had been removed, shoved back in upside down, and damaged.
