Replaced my alternator in a matter of hours, my car has been through 3 shops with multiple issues from the get go, and it looks like its finally done!... even got it back with the clock set to the correct time (wasn't even set when it went in).

We do have pictures of all failed items and do our best to be transparent. We take the PA state safety inspection seriously. These two failed items are what keeps you brake system from failing. There are shops out there that will pass questionable items.
I have been going to Central Auto Works for several years. They are always very friendly and they go out of their way to find us the best price for our repairs. We are very satisfied with the work they have done for us.
I can't say more about Bruce and his team. Not only has Bruce been trusted by my family for a number of years, he has maintained a level of professionalism and accountability with me individually that far exceeds that of most businesses. I never see a lack of smiles leaving Bruce's place. I called Bruce at 0300 on a snowy Sunday saying I popped my tire. He had me driving in my own vehicle by noon that day. This team truly knows how to make a family friendly, thorough, accountable service and business.
A huge thank you to everyone at central auto works who has made this whole process of being in an accident so much easier for me. Talk about a full service auto shop. They were there to tow me when the accident happened, they were there to discuss damages with the adjuster, they are taking the time to make sure I am happy with the replacement parts, and best of all they will be able to do both the mechanic side of the repairs as well as the body work.
