I rarely leave reviews like this, but I feel I have to warn others to save their time and money. My experience with this shop was a complete disaster from start to finish. Terrible Communication: They kept my car for over a month, repeatedly giving me "fake deadlines" that were never met. I was constantly left in the dark about the status of my vehicle. I would give no stars if I could. Avoid this shop at all costs. My car was in their possession for over eight weeks for an engine replacement. During that time, the communication was nonexistent. When they finally did "work" on it, they tried to upcharge me for unrelated issues to bypass my warranty. After losing confidence in their abilities, I moved the car to another shop. Back in January I took my car here. And didn't get it back until February. Wth. Overcharged like crazy even though it was under warranty. Do not go here. I took it to a different shop because it was still having issues after this shop had it for 3ish weeks. And that shop said they messed it up so bad I might as well get a new car. Be wary doing anything with this shop as they will just take and take from you.
Completely worthless. Useless employees. They stand around blocking the main road and think they own the public street. Don't waste your time or money on them and hopefully sooner or later they'll be gone.
