Central Auto Towing should be renamed into superhero towing! We were stuck in an remote area outside the Chaco Culture Historical Park with almost no cell phone service. We tried calling AAA and other local towing service like Route 66 towing, nobody wanted to come out to rescue us. When we called Central Auto Towing, the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful and dispatched a driver to us right away at a very reasonable price. Awesome service. I called with questions in regarding if they towed from the area we live at to albuquerque because a dealership in albuquerque was claiming they couldn't find a towing company who was willing to tow from our area. Amber had answers and with the amazing help she provided to us we got it all taken care of. She made an already stressful situation less hectic to deal with. She showed concern and compassion about our situation the company (dealership) in albuquerque didn't show us.
