Horrible customer service. Called for a rear passenger door glass, was told it would be there Wednesday. Stated multiple times between parties it needed to be rear glass. It did not arrive until Thursday, when we got a call telling us it was in. I went to pick it up, and they had ordered the COMPLETELY WRONG PART. Nobody even checked the right part came in before calling to tell me it was there. From the call to check on what I needed to hanging out waiting for them to pull the parts all went smooth... Even the guy pulling the parts in the cold and snow was cool about it...
