Super nice guys and lot of knowledge on trailers and towing. Cheapest hitch quote by quite a bit; now a new dedicated customer.
I went here to get a brake controller, I was quoted $300 if I wanted them to install it parts and labor. When I went up to pick up my van the total bill was $524. When I asked why so much more they told me they found a cut wire and it took an extra hour to run a new one. They bill at $90 per hour, I agreed sometimes stuff comes up and I understood the extra $90 but didn’t understand why the bill wasn’t $390 then. Stopped in to order an A.R.E. truck cap. The owner stated he'd contact the mfgr and get back to me with a price. A couple of days later, I called to check the status, and the person who answered the phone was going to have someone call me. The following week, I still hadn't heard from anyone. I drove to Benton Harbor and ordered my $3600 A.R.E truck cap from Starlite Customs Truck and Auto Accessories. Those people are top-notch. I will be going back for other accessories.
