Super nice guys and lot of knowledge on trailers and towing. Cheapest hitch quote by quite a bit; now a new dedicated customer.
I went here to get a brake controller, I was quoted $300 if I wanted them to install it parts and labor. When I went up to pick up my van the total bill was $524. When I asked why so much more they told me they found a cut wire and it took an extra hour to run a new one. They bill at $90 per hour, I agreed sometimes stuff comes up and I understood the extra $90 but didn’t understand why the bill wasn’t $390 then.
