Called them to see about getting my alternator rebuilt. Guy on the phone said he’d call me back after he checked on parts availability. Here it is a few days later and still no call back. Guess they have enough business and don’t need anymore? It’s too bad, but not surprising. It’s on par with customer service every where anymore.
