I purchased a Sany 50 a year ago from Central Atlanta Tractor and it has been great. I have had a few minor warranty issues that they have taken care of. Most recently had a situation and called service department and spoke with Curtis, he was able to get a tech out the next day. Curtis was very professional and very helpful in getting someone out quickly. The tech Johnathan came out and had to ride my 4 wheeler out onto my property where the machine was. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the Part to fix it... read more
The worst customer service I ever seen. I ordered several things only 1 item came in on time here we are over a month later when asked for a refund the refused to refund my shipping cost said my 1 item covered the cost of shipping because it's done by weight but yet the heaviest thing I ordered was canceled. How can the shipping weight be the same? Pluse it took an additional 3 weeks just to process my return. This place is the absolute worst you actually get your parts faster and cheaper ordered online
