I’ve been training at this gym for the past 3 months with Justin, and I couldn’t be happier with my progress. After having past injuries and taking an extended break from exercise, I was nervous about starting again. But the supportive environment here made it easy to get back on track. Great location + great access to awesome equipment! The coaches are so knowledgeable and always willing to help! The space is the perfect size and I love the access to Central Health where I can sauna, cold tub, massage chair and so much more to take care of my well being! Everyone here is so friendly, highly recommend!
