Central Asphalt is NOT a pleasant neighbor to have here in Mt Pleasant! Both the noise and stench are substantial and affect our entire neighborhood, about 1 mile northeast. You can hear and smell them as well through most of Chipp-A-Waters park, so we don't walk there anymore. It's bad enough to give you a headache and make you cough. Anyone we communicated with while planning the project was knowledgeable & professional, and the onsite crew was very friendly & helpful, too.
