Hot Springs VA Audiology 1st appointment. Dr. Mccoy, Dee, who took ear molds, and Latoya were absolutely fantastic. Having seen 4 hearing aid people since January, these folks were terrific. Dr Mccoy was able to answer all my questions regarding my needs, explained the program better than anyone else has ever done. The most patient, caring, knowledgeable medical people I have run into in quite awhile. They actually demonstrate a real care for the veteran. What a great experience.
