Office staff and nursing staff will announce your medical information out loud, including medications you are taking, loud enough for people in the waiting room to hear, a HIPAA Violation, not to mention embarrassing to patients. The nurses will take personal calls during screening and intake. This has been going on for years, even after reporting it to a supervisor last year, which apparently nothing has been done to stop the violations.
I wish I could give them half a star. I have been through so much trauma and been in two hospitals in excruciating pain since my procedure. My procedure was Wednesday. I left there and headed straight for the er which I spent 9 hours at, then was transferred to Baptist by ambulance at 2:30 Thursday morning. It wasn't my doctor that did it, and the doctor that did my procedure didn't even know what he was supposed to be doing. Now I can not use my left hand and have nerve damage possibly.
They will not turn on the heat in the waiting area. had to go to my vehicle and WARM UP.
Center has a Great, Skillfully, Friendly staff, procedures done at this center help with my pain level.
